SCS Football Academy delivers specialist training and competitive match programmes led by highly qualified UEFA coaches.

Our coaching team has extensive experience in youth development within professional football clubs, combined with a proven ability to identify and develop talented players outside the professional academy system.

We understand what is required to progress within the modern game. Our programme is designed to develop players technically, tactically, physically and mentally while encouraging the standards, discipline and professionalism expected at higher levels of football.

A PROVEN PLAYER DEVELOPMENT PATHWAY

Over the past 10 seasons, SCS has helped more than 50 players sign for professional football academies — an average of five players per season.

This track record reflects our commitment to creating genuine development opportunities for ambitious young players.

Our objective is not simply to provide additional football training. We aim to prepare players for the demands of elite football and provide a pathway through which those demonstrating the required ability and attitude can progress towards professional academy opportunities.

SCS Football Academy players have opportunities to compete in carefully selected fixtures against:

Professional Football Academies • Semi-Professional Clubs • High-Level Local Teams

These matches provide players with valuable experience against strong opposition while giving them the opportunity to demonstrate their development in competitive environments.

Through our established football network, players may also have opportunities to be observed by professional club coaches and scouts. Where appropriate, players who demonstrate the required technical ability, attitude and potential can be recommended by the SCS coaching team for opportunities at a higher level.
